Our story
From idea to 250+ organizations
When one of our founders was a young manager himself, he noticed how difficult it was to properly guide his team alongside the daily hustle and bustle. Time and tools were lacking to truly continuously develop employees, evaluate them fairly, and reward them well.
When he saw in 2018 that most solutions digitized existing processes but didn't truly lighten the workload, he decided to start Learned with his brothers Paul and Joost.
Since then, we have been building an intelligent platform that helps managers clarify expectations, record feedback, stimulate development, and better substantiate HR decisions. In this way, we help organizations not only work more efficiently but, above all, grow more fairly and strongly.
