Our story

When our founders were still working for an employer, it struck them that almost every department worked in a data-driven way, except HR. Decisions about reviews, development and compensation were often based ongut feeling.

The numbers also show the same trend: 4 out of 5 employees experience their performance process as unfair (Gallup, 2024). And 86% of workers do not feel encouraged to grow in their jobs, leading to job hopping and turnover.

Tijd voor eerlijke, meer objectieve evaluaties dus. Maar de oplossing bleek nog niet te bestaan. Daarom kozen de drie broers Rick, Paul en Joost Kuijf er in 2018 voor om zelf de HR-markt wakker te schudden met Learned: software voor objectief Performance Management.

En dat opschudden is gelukt. Inmiddels gebruiken ruim 250 bedrijven onze software om prestaties te verbeteren, betrokkenheid te vergroten en personeelsverloop te verminderen. Die voordelen maken organisaties weer wendbaarder dan ooit – voor snel veranderende marktomstandigheden én voor de behoeften van nieuwe generaties werknemers.
