Our story
Rick, Joost and Paul Kuijf launched Learned in 2018 after finding that HR departments often rely on managers’ gut instincts, in contrast to how other departments actually work much more data-driven.
This leads to biased decisions in people management, in such areas as evaluations, promotions and rewards, ultimately resulting in dissatisfaction, reduced engagement and higher employee turnover.
