Session: Optimise an existing functionality

Each week one customer sign up to join us in testing one or more key user flows. In this session, we ask you to share your screen and walk through the discussed functionality in your own Learned environment.

What to expect.

  • Methodology: You share your screen and walk through a specific functionality while we watch and observe where you experience any ambiguities or obstacles.
  • Active observation: We analyse your experiences and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recording & feedback: The session will be recorded so that we can carefully incorporate your feedback.
  • Concrete insights: We translate the most important questions and bottlenecks into insights that we take away to improve functionality.

Practical information:

  • Number of participants: 1 customer
  • Duration session:
    • 45 minutes: Walk through and discuss functionality
    • 15 minutes: Space for additional ideas and suggestions for the platform
  • Type of session: Digital via Google Meet

 

Session 2: Think about new functionalities.

Twice a month we bring 3 to 5 customers together to actively contribute to the development of new functionalities. These sessions consist of two stages:

  1. Current practices and challenges
    We discuss your current process around a specific topic, such as a reward round. Here we zoom in on the bottlenecks and challenges you experience in practice.

  2. Prototype showing and testing
    Then we will show a prototype of a possible new functionality. You get a chance to test the prototype and provide immediate feedback.

Practical information:

  • Number of participants: 3 to 5 customers
  • Duration of session: 60 minutes
  • Type of session: Digital via Google Meet

In one session we can start with a new feature and at the same time test a prototype of another feature. Your insights are crucial to ensure that new features fit seamlessly with your practice!
