To support managers and employees in formulating clear, concrete and relevant development goals, concept goals can be automatically generated with AI.
These goals align with the employee’s role, performance and context. For example, when a skill or behavioral assessment shows that there is room for improvement.

To avoid losing valuable conversational insights and to properly capture information, it is possible to have conversations automatically recorded and summarized with AI.
