In this release note you will find an overview of the new features and improvements we have made available in Learned 3.0.
Sidebar in 1:1 meetings
When preparing and conducting a 1:1 meeting that is about you, a sidebar has been added to the right side of the screen. This sidebar you can open and close and helps prepare and discuss your 1:1 meeting, for example, around your goals.
The sidebar offers:
- Instant access to your job profile and ambition, goals, evaluations and notebook.
- Insight during the call, without having to switch screens.
- Visibility only in 1:1 conversations that are about you.

Improved notepad in Learned
The notepad in Learned has been improved. It allows you to more easily take personal notes and record feedback or compliments, both for yourself and colleagues.
The notepad is useful for:
- Gather insights throughout the year and use them later for coaching or peer feedback, for example.
- Notes found directly in the sidebar at evaluations and 1:1 meetings.

What else did we add?
In addition to the above updates, several improvements have been made:
- Previous answers are further expanded: you not only see the score from the previous time when preparing, but also back in the report.
- A CSV export functionality has been added to better manage participation in evaluation cycles.
- Competencies are now sorted by job profile when preparing your evaluation and in the report.
Next release
Among the improvements planned in the next release are these:
- Manual reminders in review cycles, to further drive task completion.
- Addition of our AI editor that helps coaches improve answers (e.g. adjust tone) and save time in preparation.
- The mobile app also gets the sidebar at evaluations and 1:1 meetings.

To complement our training program for Admins, we are introducing Q&A sessions. Want to spar as an Admin on how to use Learned even more effectively? Join our bi-weekly Q&A session. The Customer Success team is happy to think along:

- Proper interpretation and effective follow-up of reporting results.
