In this release note, you as Admin will find an overview of the new and improved features we have made available in Learned 3.0.
View previous answers in evaluations
With this update, Admin can optionally make previous scores visible when employees and managers prepare an evaluation. This applies to skill evaluation questions as well as score and text questions.
This helps to:
- Prepare evaluations faster using previous answers.
- Create more transparency through comparison with previous scores.
Job House Optimizations
This update also includes several improvements within the job center. The main changes:
- Skills are now directly editable when creating or editing a job profile. More on this can be found in Admin Group Training 1: “The Standard.”
- The order of function families can be adjusted with drag and drop.
PDF export of evaluations automatically sent to HR systems
Do you work with AFAS, Nmbrs, HiBob or Personio? From now on, evaluation forms can be automatically forwarded to your HRIS when Learned is linked to one of these systems.
In the integration settings, you can determine whether this should be done automatically or rather manually.

Previously added improvements
A number of improvements have also been added in previous updates, including:
- A user-friendly sidebar in (the fill-in view of) the evaluation report with live data on job profile, goals and historical evaluation reports. Read more in this article.
- A Questions tab in the results of the evaluation cycle to include answers to all questions and results of non-weighted themes.
- An improved version of the notepad in which notes can be linked to specific employees, making feedback easier to collect for upcoming evaluations.
Fortnightly Q&A sessions
To complement our training program for Admins, we host biweekly Q&A sessions. Want to spar as an Admin on how to use Learned even more effectively? Join us for our Q&A session. The Customer Success team would love to think about:
- Setting your standard correctly.
- Optimization of your evaluation process.
- Proper interpretation and effective follow-up of reporting results.
The sessions last 60 minutes. You will not only get answers to your own question, but also learn from the experiences of other Learned Admins. Whether you are just starting out or already experienced: you are welcome.
