    When our founders were employed, they noticed that almost all departments were data-driven, except HR. Decisions about evaluating, developing and rewarding employees were often made based on gut feeling. The solution to this problem didn't exist yet, so the three brothers Rick, Paul and Joost Kuijf chose to shake up the HR market in 2018 with their software for objective and data-driven Performance Management: Learned. And that shake-up was a success. Today, 250+ organizations evaluate, develop and reward smarter and fairer with Learned!
