Our story
When our founders were salaried, they saw that almost every department worked data-driven – except HR. Important decisions about evaluations, advancement and salary were often made on gut feeling. So it was time for honest and objective evaluations. Because the right solution was missing, the three brothers Rick, Paul and Joost Kuijf started Learned in 2018: software for objective Performance Management.
Today, more than 250 organizations use our software to improve performance, increase engagement and reduce turnover. This is much needed, as 4 in 5 employees perceive evaluations as unfair (Gallup, 2024), 86% do not feel encouraged to grow, and 75% of HR leaders see managers struggling due to workload and lack of training. Learned helps organizations become more agile and future-proof precisely here.
