The Importance of Measuring Employee Satisfaction
The labor market is changing very rapidly. Both younger and older generations of employees must continuously develop to keep up. Work pressure is increasing, people work from home or remotely more often, and finding new talent can be extremely difficult. In short: we ask a lot from our people. That's why it's incredibly important to continuously know how they're doing.
A commonly used method is the employee satisfaction survey (MTO). This is an extensive survey that employees fill out, usually once a year or even less frequently. In a time when everything changes quickly, the frequency of this survey hasn't kept up.
A Scientific Model for Measuring Satisfaction
We want to help our customers and other companies! That's why we developed the Learned Engagement Model. The model is entirely based on available scientific research. This way, you can immediately start measuring employee engagement within your organization. The model can be used by all Learned users and consists of 18 variables. All these variables contain questions available as templates in the Learned platform under the 'Engagement' module.
