In this release note you will find an overview of the new and improved features we have made available in Learned 3.0.
View previous answers in reviews
With this update, as an Admin you can optionally make previous scores visible when employees and managers prepare a review. This applies to skill review questions as well as score and text questions.
This helps to:
- Prepare reviews faster using previous answers.
- Create more transparency by comparing with previous scores.
Job framework optimizations
In this update, several improvements have also been made within the job framework. The main changes:
- Skills can now be edited directly when creating or editing a job profile. More information can be found in Admin Group Training 1: "The Standard".
- The order of job families can be adjusted with drag & drop.
Automatically send PDF export of reviews to HR systems
Do you work with AFAS, Nmbrs, HiBob or Personio? From now on, review forms can be automatically forwarded to your HRIS when Learned is connected to one of these systems.
In the integration settings, you can determine whether this should happen automatically or manually.

Previously added improvements
In previous updates, a number of improvements have already been added, including:
- A user-friendly sidebar in (the fill-in view of) the review report with live data about the job profile, goals and historical review reports. Read more in this article.
- A Questions tab in the review cycle results, so that answers to all questions and results of non-weighted themes are also visible.
- An improved version of the notepad where notes can be linked to specific employees, making it easier to collect feedback for upcoming reviews.
