AI text editing was already available when preparing appraisal interviews. From now on, this functionality has also been added to 1:1 meetings.

With AI text editing you can:

• Make your answer shorter or longer
• Check spelling and grammar
• Adjust the tone
• Translate to another language

From now on, it is possible to set various advanced options when creating questions for performance reviews:

• Hide certain questions for employees that should only be answered by a manager.
• Mandatory explanation for a specific answer.
• Fill in a focus area during a skill evaluation with N/A.

When creating an evaluation (cycle), it is now also possible to generate tasks for scheduling and digitally signing the conversation. These tasks appear on the home screen of both the employee and the manager.

In addition to the updates above, several smaller improvements have also been implemented:

• Choose how the overall rating score is displayed in the evaluation report: none, 1 or 2 decimal places, or just a label (e.g. exceeds expectations).
• When preparing evaluations, we now also show the source of used insights.
• The creation flow of 1:1 meetings has been renewed and made more organised.
• Evaluations (cycles) can now be duplicated: all settings are copied, but not the employees.
• More system languages available: Learned is now, in addition to German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Polish, also available in Czech.

Also for the next release, improvements are planned:

• Improved reporting regarding completed 1:1 meetings.
• Optimizations in the creation flow of goals.
• Implementation of AI "Assist me" when creating team and/or organizational goals.
• Source of insights will also be visible in all previous answers and in the evaluation report.
