    In this release note you will find an overview of the new features and improvements we have made available in Learned 3.0.

    Multi-select in the Goals module

    With this update, it is possible to select multiple goals at once and perform an action on them. This allows you to work faster and easily perform bulk actions within the Goals module.

    You can now, among other things:

    • Edit, archive, unarchive, or delete multiple goals at once.
    • Adjust the privacy setting or subtype in one go.

    Additional email notifications

    In addition to platform optimizations, improvements have also been made to email notifications. From now on, Learned sends additional emails so that coaches and employees are informed more quickly about important updates.

    For coaches

    • An email when an employee disagrees with the assessment.
    • A notification when another coach has shared the report.

    For employees

    • After a review, an email with the evaluation report as an attachment.
    • Updates when the time or date of a meeting is changed.
    • A notification when input from a coach or colleagues is added to the report.

    What else have we added?

    In addition to the above updates, several improvements have also been made:

    • Previous answers have been further expanded: you not only see the previous score, but also the textual explanation of that score.
    • The summary in evaluations is now also available in the mobile app. Additionally, you can add attachments via the mobile app.
    • Extra validations when creating an evaluation round, so you can identify problems more quickly.

    Next release

    The following improvements are planned for the next release:

    • A sidebar with information about an employee's career, goals, and evaluations will be added to 1:1 meetings.
    • The notepad will be added to the sidebar, so notes can be quickly viewed and maintained.

    • Correctly setting up your standards.
    • Optimizing your evaluation process.
    • Properly interpreting and effectively following up on reporting results.

    The sessions last 60 minutes. You will not only get answers to your own questions, but also learn from the experiences of other Learned Admins. Whether you are just starting out or already experienced: you are welcome.
