Learned raises €1.5 million investment to further develop skill-based Talent Management platform

Thanks to the trust of our customers, our amazing team and our existing shareholders, Learned has developed significantly in recent years. With the Learned platform, we now help more than 125 customers implement a modern HR cycle focused on skill & career development to build an engaged team with the skills needed for the future. Revenue is growing rapidly and more than doubled in 2021. In 2022, we continue this trajectory with an expansion of our team in the Netherlands.
This was the ideal moment for us to partner with new investors who believe in our vision. We are therefore very proud that our existing investors, Arches Capital, TechFund One, VIE Tech Capital and Rabobank are jointly investing €1.5 million in us. With this, we will accelerate the development of the Learned platform.

After experiencing firsthand how difficult it is for organizations to attract and retain new generations, we embarked on our mission in 2018: To help one million employees develop optimally and perform by conducting great development conversations.
We realized that organizations cannot reach their full potential without attracting and retaining the right people. An impossible task without the right processes to support key drivers of employee engagement: qualitative managers, making the impact of employees transparent, continuously providing room for development, and stimulating internal career growth.
