
In this release note you will find an overview of the new features and improvements we have made available in Learned 3.0.
Sidebar in 1:1 meetings
When preparing and conducting a 1:1 meeting about you, a sidebar has been added to the right side of the screen. You can open and close this sidebar and it helps with preparing and discussing your 1:1 conversation, for example around your goals.
The sidebar offers:
- Direct access to your job profile and ambition, goals, reviews and notepad.
- Insight during the conversation, without having to switch between screens.
- Visibility only in 1:1 conversations about you.

Improved notepad in Learned
The notepad in Learned has been improved. This makes it easier to make personal notes and record feedback or compliments, both for yourself and for colleagues.
The notepad is useful for:
- Collecting insights throughout the year and using them later for, for example, coach or peer feedback.
- Finding notes directly in the sidebar during reviews and 1:1 meetings.

What else have we added?
In addition to the above updates, several improvements have also been made:
- Previous answers have been further expanded: you not only see the score from last time during preparation, but also in the report.
- A CSV export functionality has been added to better manage participation in review cycles.
- Competencies are now sorted per job profile when preparing your review and in the report.
Next release
The next release includes the following improvements on the planning:
- Manual reminders in review cycles, to further manage the completion of tasks.
- Addition of our AI editor that helps coaches improve answers (e.g. adjust tone) and save time during preparation.
- The mobile app will also get the sidebar for reviews and 1:1 meetings.

- The correct interpretation and effective follow-up of reporting results.
