Create draft reviews with the help of AI

Within the Review module, it is now possible to have draft reviews generated with the help of AI. Based on previous scores and notes, AI can create an initial draft for the review.

This helps to prepare reviews faster and more consistently, with less manual work.

To support managers in conducting effective and well-prepared review conversations, AI tips have been added. These tips provide guidance for the specific conversation, by among other things:

Helping to structure the conversation.
Identifying strengths and development areas.
Providing example questions.

Create personal goals with the help of AI

To support managers and employees in formulating clear, concrete and relevant development goals, AI can automatically generate draft goals.

These goals align with the employee's role, performance and context. For example, when a skill or behavioral assessment shows there is room for improvement.

Record conversations and automatically summarize with AI

To prevent valuable conversation insights from being lost and to properly record information, it is possible to have conversations automatically recorded and summarized with AI.

The key points are clearly displayed and converted into usable input for the review report or next steps.
