In this release note you will find an overview of the new features we have made available in Learned 3.0.

Text editing with AI in reviews

More and more AI features are being added to the platform. In this release, text editing with AI is available within reviews. This allows you to easily rephrase your answers or adjust the tone using AI.

This helps, among other things, to:

Save time in preparing for reviews.
Change the tone of your answer.
Use translation, or check your text for spelling and grammar.

Adding comments to goal updates

When updating a goal, it is now possible to add a comment. This way you can better track what you have done to make progress on a goal. All comments are visible in the goal under the Updates tab and can also be viewed via the sidebar in reviews.

Benefits:

Easily track which steps you have taken to achieve your goal.
Use your comments when preparing for reviews.

Send manual reminders (for Admin)

Within an ongoing review cycle, it is possible to send manual reminders for various open tasks. This way, in addition to automatic task notifications, you can additionally remind employees and managers to complete an open task.

This makes it easier to:

Remind colleagues about open tasks for review conversations.
Drive higher completion rates in a review cycle.

What else have we added?

In addition to the updates above, several improvements have been made:

Job profiles can now also be exported as PDF.
Additional system languages have been added. In addition to Dutch and English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Polish are now also available.
In the mobile app, goals can now also be opened and updated while preparing a review.
Add specific labels to job profiles or employees to filter in reports.

Next release

The following improvements are planned for the next release:

The notepad will be added to the mobile app.
Auto-fill reviews based on notes and previous answers.
Set personal goals using AI.
AI tips & tricks for managers when preparing review conversations.
