The Learned homepage has received a major update. With more options directly from the homepage, you can find what you need faster and click less.

From now on you can among other things:

• Click directly to your next 1:1 or review conversation
• See at a glance if there are open next steps or new insights ready
• View your goals or immediately create a new goal, directly from the homepage

In addition to these functional improvements, the background across the entire platform has also been adjusted, so the platform better matches the organization's brand identity.

In the mobile app it is now possible to record and have 1:1s and review conversations summarized. This is especially useful for conversations on the go or when you want to properly document everything immediately afterwards.

By automatically recording conversations and having AI summarize them, valuable insights are not lost. You need to take fewer notes and can keep your attention on the conversation, while Learned captures the key points.

This option is available for organizations that use the Expert AI package.

In addition to existing HRIS integrations, it is now also possible to connect Learned with BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors. This allows you to easily import and synchronize data from your HR administration system.

We are also already working on the next improvements. You can expect these soon:

• Summarizing and recording via Microsoft Teams and Google Meet meetings.
• New question type: 'Evaluate goals', with the option to set an individual weight per goal.
